At Nix Health, your safety is important to us. You have the right to be cared for in a safe setting, free from all forms of abuse or harassment or seclusion and restraints of any form that are not necessary for your medical care. Restraint use is never to be used as a means of coercion, discipline, convenience for staff or retaliation. For treatments considered experimental, you have the right to have the treatment fully explained to you with the option to either consent to those treatments or not.
